My Method to Vibrant Health
Diet: A personalized diet (e.g., anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense) stabilizes blood sugar, reduces inflammation, and supports brain health, directly impacting emotional volatility (e.g., PMDD mood swings, postpartum irritability). End your struggles with dietary triggers that exacerbate internal chaos.
Optimized Lifestyle Habits: Learning the best practices around sleep hygiene, sunlight, exercise, stress reduction techniques, and other lifestyle factors gives you a stable foundation for energy and emotional balance
Detoxification: Removing toxins (e.g., environmental, dietary) reduces the body’s stress load, calming the nervous system and easing disproportionate reactions. Easily fight off fatigue or brain fog from toxin overload.
Gut Health: Addressing gut bugs (e.g., dysbiosis, parasites) improves the gut-brain axis, enhancing mental clarity and emotional balance. Gut issues are common in PMDD, autoimmune, and chronic fatigue, driving emotional overwhelm.

How My Coaching Programs Work
Order labs and complete intake forms
The first step is to order the lab kits that are relevant to your case. As you wait for those kits to arrive, you will receive a few emails from me walking you through next steps, including how sign up for my client portal so you can fill out your intake forms. Once the intake forms are complete, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your first session!
Initial consultation
While we wait for your lab results, there’s so much we can begin to shift.
In our first two sessions, we’ll focus on resetting the nervous system through simple, practical tools—while also setting meaningful goals and dialing in the foundational nutrition your body needs to start healing.
You’ll be introduced to somatic and breathwork techniques and nervous system healing tools to regulate and reconnect with your body, creating the foundation for long-term transformation.
Results & Recommendations
Once I receive your lab results, we will schedule a 90-minute Results & Recommendation session. Your lab results will be added to your client portal within 24 hours of this session. This session will include detailed lab and questionnaire analysis and symptom correlation, followed by a comprehensive 90-day diet and lifestyle protocol. Supplements will be offered to you via Fullscript and/or CellCore at discounted rates.
Follow-Up Sessions
After your initial sessions, we’ll continue meeting every 2 to 4 weeks—depending on your progress and schedule—for 45 to 60-minute follow-up sessions.
Your journey will unfold over 3 to 9 months, depending on the package you’ve chosen.
These sessions are designed to support your momentum, provide space for adjustment, and keep you grounded with clear guidance and compassionate accountability. Together, we’ll evaluate your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and deepen your transformation through:

Reassessment Sessions
Approximately every 3 months we'll have reassessment sessions - this will help us to track your progress and evaluate where there is still room for improvement. We'll use our intake forms to accomplish this, and often we'll use follow-up lab testing.
Final Session
In our final session, we will have a plan in place for you to continue your new healthy habits for a lifetime! In order for our time together to be effective, your lifestyle changes will need to become part of your life rather than ending when our sessions end! I will have taught you what you need to know to be successful 🙂
